Botanical Ingredients:
Organic Oolong Tea, Organic Green Tea, Organic Echinacea Herb in Flower, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Elderberries, Organic Amla Berries, Organic Stevia Leaf, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Oil of Orange, Organic Oil of Lemongrass.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Use 1 to 3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 to 20 minutes, or more. Strain, sweeten if desired. Serve hot or chill.
Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference. That’s the beauty of loose-leaf tea, you can make it to taste!
