Botanical Ingredients:
Peppermint, Hemp Flower & Leaf, Milky Oats, Lemon Balm Herb, Linden Flower & Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Calendula Flower, Catnip Herb, Passionflower Herb
Suggested Use:
Directions: Use 1-3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat, and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 to 20 minutes or more. Strain, sweeten if desired, and serve. Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference.
